Terms of service
By placing an order with Lovemax, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
For custom orders, confirmation of the custom design is required within 7 business days after the confirmation email is sent. If no reply is received, the order will be automatically refunded.
Once the custom design is confirmed, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be accepted, except for quality issues.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days (excluding national and public holidays).
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on location and postal service delays.
All products are shipped from Australia using Australia Post.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Exchange or refund requests must be made within 14 days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or damaged due to our error.
Proof of fault (such as a video) is required for quality issue claims.
Damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Custom Products
All custom-made products are final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed, unless there is a quality issue.
After your custom order is placed, we will confirm the style by email. If you do not respond within 7 business days, your order will be automatically refunded.
Minor sintering marks or slight burn traces are normal in handmade products and are not considered defects.
Because each item is handcrafted, slight differences in colour, size, and pattern from product photos are normal and not grounds for refund or exchange.
5. Product Disclaimer
Every Lovemax piece is proudly handmade in Australia, using love, care, and traditional craftsmanship.
We take a video of every finished product before dispatch to email to you as proof of its condition.
Please note that slight colour differences due to screen displays and the unique nature of handmade production are normal and not considered quality issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, product descriptions, and content on the Lovemax website and social media are the property of Lovemax and may not be used without permission.
