At Lovemax, each piece is crafted with 100% love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we are here to assist you if needed. Please read our Exchange and Returns Policy carefully:


Custom Orders

All customised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded after the order is confirmed, except in cases of quality issues.

After placing a custom order, you will receive an email within 7 business days to confirm the customised style.

If no response is received within 7 business days, the order will be automatically refunded.

Once the final style is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or changes are accepted except for confirmed quality issues.


Exchange and Refunds

Exchange and refund requests must be made within 14 days after the order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to a quality issue.

For any quality-related issues, we offer free replacement or a full refundproof via video is required.

Damage caused by misuse or intentional actions will not be accepted as a quality issue.


Quality Assurance

Every order is carefully inspected, and we take a video of each product before dispatch. This video will be emailed to you as proof of condition before shipping.


Important Notes

Please be aware that small signs of sintering or slight burn marks are normal features of handmade woven products. These are not considered quality issues but part of the unique charm of each piece.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations from the product photos (such as slight color differences caused by display screens and handcraft variations) are normal and not grounds for return or exchange.
